Build a complete small project with weekly reviews, then present it to the team.

Ownership
Own a feature or campaign end to end, from planning to launch, with reduced hand-holding.

Leadership & portfolio
Lead a small deliverable, help newer interns, finalise your portfolio and prepare for interviews.
